Race Condition

The common perception of database technologies is one of neutrality, while datasets are understood to exhibit bias, the database also introduces its own bias through its conditioning of users to think about the world in a particular way. The design of any computational system is a human-non-human co-production, where it becomes impossible to determine who or what has made the definitive decision over the conditions or outcome of its eventual operation.
